For offices in shared or multi-storey buildings, identify who controls the communications room, internal cable routes and landlord permissions early. An existing fibre connection elsewhere in the building does not by itself confirm that your suite can use the same service.
Your quote should reflect the installation address, required bandwidth, contract term and any construction or access work identified during assessment. If you are relocating, share your move date and existing contract end date so the changeover can be planned.
Consider which applications must remain usable if the primary circuit fails. Broadband or 4G backup may be suitable for essential traffic, subject to availability and capacity; it should not be assumed to match the main leased line.
