You can contact your current provider to cancel and switch manually, or opt for One Touch Switching. Once you’ve ordered, you’re all set. We’ll take care of the rest, working with your existing supplier to move you over to our service.

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll contact your current provider to let them know you’re switching to CityFibre and confirm your installation date. You’ll get an email from us with all the details of your new package, along with an estimated installation timeframe. This is typically within 14 working days, though we always aim to get you connected sooner where possible.

Installation day
Our team will contact you before the installation to confirm your details and availability, and to answer any questions about your new service. On the day, engineers will call when they’re on the way. Then all that’s left is to sit back, relax, and enjoy your new CityFibre ultrafast broadband.
