From order confirmation to a working connection
Once your order is placed, we confirm the next steps and any appointment requirements. If a new fibre connection is needed, an engineer may need access inside and outside your property.
Where One Touch Switching applies, Exascale coordinates the move with your current provider. Installation dates depend on your address and the work required.

CityFibre broadband is delivered over fibre and does not need a traditional copper telephone line for the internet connection. If you also need a telephone service or want to keep a phone number, discuss that requirement with the team before making changes to your existing services.
