Switching to CityFibre Broadband with Exascale couldn’t be easier
Step 1
Place your order via our website
Browse our CityFibre broadband packages, choose the one that suits you, and place your order online. You can either arrange the switch with your current provider yourself or use One Touch Switching. If you choose One Touch Switching, we’ll coordinate with your existing provider and take care of the switch for you.
Step 2
Houston, we have lift off
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll contact your current provider to let them know you’re switching and confirm your CityFibre installation date. We’ll also email you with the details of your new package and an estimated installation timeframe. Installation is typically completed within 14 working days, although we’ll always aim to get you connected sooner where possible.
Step 3
Installation day
Before your installation, our team will get in touch to confirm your details and availability, and answer any questions you may have about your new service. On the day, your engineer will call to let you know they’re on their way. Once everything’s installed, you’ll be ready to enjoy your new ultrafast CityFibre broadband.

Customer service like no other
CityFibre operates a Full Fibre network that uses fibre-optic cables directly to your property. This is known as Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) and provides fast, reliable broadband without relying on traditional copper phone lines.
A CityFibre engineer will install the necessary Full Fibre connection to your property. If your home hasn’t previously been connected to the CityFibre network, some installation work may be required inside and outside the property.

Once your order has been confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated installation date. Installation is typically arranged within 7 working days, although we’ll always aim to get you connected sooner where possible.
No. CityFibre Full Fibre broadband doesn’t rely on a traditional copper telephone line to provide your internet connection.
Our broadband packages typically come with a 24-month contract. However, we also offer flexible options, so you can choose what suits you best.
Yes, every broadband package includes a high-quality Wi-Fi router to ensure you can make the most of your connection. We’ll send it to you before your installation date so you’re ready to get online.

Yes. If Exascale is available at your address, you can order your chosen CityFibre package and switch from your existing broadband provider.
One Touch Switching is designed to make changing broadband providers simpler. Where applicable, we’ll coordinate the switch with your existing provider, so you don’t have to manage the process yourself.
If you’re switching through One Touch Switching, you generally shouldn’t need to arrange the cancellation yourself. We’ll work with your existing provider as part of the switching process.
