Our connection process

Step 1

Get in touch with us

Take a look at our broadband offers and once you’ve found the package that works for you, contact us to make the switch. You can get in touch with your current supplier to cancel your contract and purchase a new package with us or with One Touch Switching, once you’ve placed your order, your job is done! Our team will take the reins, dealing with your current supplier to switch you to our service.

Step 2

Houston, we have lift off

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll get in touch with your current supplier to cancel your existing contract. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us, detailing your new offer and an estimation of when your new installation will take place. This is usually within 14 working days but we aim to do this faster where possible.

Step 3

Installation day

Our team will be in touch one week before your installation day to confirm your details and your availability on the day. This is also a chance for us to answer any further questions you have about your new service. On the day of your installation, a member of our engineering team will give you a call when they’re en route to your house. Then it’s time to sit back, relax and enjoy your new ultra fast broadband!
