Welcome Louie – Exascale’s Latest Apprentice Recruit
We’re delighted to welcome Louie, the latest apprentice to join the Exascale team.
Louie has joined our Field Engineering team, strengthening our civil engineering capabilities at an exciting time of growth for the business.
As Exascale’s pipeline of works continues to expand, particularly across new network infrastructure for housing developments and industrial projects, growing our in-house engineering expertise is an important part of ensuring we can continue delivering high-quality infrastructure for our customers and partners.
We’ve worked closely alongside Telford College to create this apprenticeship role, developing an opportunity that combines classroom learning with meaningful, hands-on experience in the field. The partnership helps us invest in local talent while building the skills we need as Exascale continues to grow.
Apprenticeships play an important role in developing the next generation of skilled engineers. Working alongside our experienced team, Louie will gain practical experience across live projects while developing the technical knowledge and skills needed to build a long-term career within the industry.
