Purpose-built data floors

Cold aisle containment is combined with a one-metre raised floor to support airflow and data centre infrastructure.

Fire suppression

Waterless fire suppression systems are used across the facilities, including FM200 in power and communications rooms and Inergen on data floors.

Continuous fire monitoring

Fire protection systems monitor the data centre environment 24 hours a day and provide early-warning alarms.

Resilient power generation

On-site gas-turbine and diesel generation provides backup power if the electricity grid fails, supported by arrangements with local fuel suppliers.

UPS-backed power

Riello UPS systems provide 15 minutes of stated autonomy, with north and south power feeds connected to dual-switched APC power distribution units.

Physical security

Facilities use 24/7/365 on-site security, gated and fenced access, cameras and access-control systems.
