Customers Can Now Book Installations Up to 90 Days in Advance and Save £3 a Month by Using Their Own Compatible Router
£3 OFF NOW — JUST BRING YOUR OWN ROUTER!
Exascale has today announced two updates to its order journey, giving customers greater flexibility when arranging their installation, as well as a new way to save on their monthly broadband bill.
Customers placing a new order can now choose an available installation appointment from seven days ahead through to 90 days in advance, providing a much wider window to find a date that works around their schedule.
Exascale has also introduced a new £3 per month bring-your-own-router discount, available across all packages. Customers with their own suitable VLAN and DHCP-capable router can choose not to receive an Exascale-supplied router and instead receive the monthly saving.
Save £3 Every Month by Using Your Own Router
The new offer is designed for customers who already have suitable networking equipment and would prefer to continue using it.
Rather than receiving another router that may not be needed, eligible customers can use their own compatible equipment and save £3 every month on their broadband service.
This means customers can benefit from:
- £3 off their monthly broadband bill
- The flexibility to use their existing compatible router
- No additional ISP-supplied router if one isn’t required
- Less unused equipment going to waste
Thomas Bibb, CEO of Exascale, said:
“We want to make getting connected with Exascale as straightforward and flexible as possible. Giving customers the ability to plan their installation up to 90 days ahead means they can choose a date that genuinely works for them.
“We also know that plenty of our customers already have great networking equipment of their own. If you’ve invested in a router you’re happy with, there’s no reason we should insist on sending you another one. Our new £3 monthly discount means customers who bring their own compatible router get a fairer price and there’s one less piece of unused kit gathering dust in the cupboard.”

Even Better Value on Our 2.5Gbps CityFibre Service
The new discount makes Exascale’s current August offer on its CityFibre 2.5Gbps service even more competitive.
Until the end of August, the CityFibre 2.5Gbps package is available for £40 per month, falling to just £37 per month for customers who use their own compatible router.
After the August promotion ends, the standard price of the CityFibre 2.5Gbps package will return to £45 per month, or £42 per month with the bring-your-own-router discount.
More Choice, More Flexibility
These changes are designed to give customers greater choice over both how and when their Exascale service is installed, while recognising that many customers already have networking equipment they want to continue using.
For customers who already have suitable equipment, the new option means there is no need to take another ISP-supplied router that may simply end up gathering dust in a cupboard.
Instead, customers can continue using their own compatible equipment while saving £3 every month.
The bring-your-own-router discount is subject to eligibility and compatibility requirements. Customers should ensure their router is suitable for use with the Exascale service before choosing this option.
